    Result!!!

In a crossroads battle between former world jr middleweight champions, 36-year-old ex-IBF boss Raul Marquez (41-3, 29 KOs) scored a ten round split decision over 37-year-old ex-WBO king Bronco McKart (51-9, 31 KOs) on Saturday at the Soaring Eagle Casino in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. Marquez, who came in with five straight KOs since a loss to Jermain Taylor, looked very good as he repeatedly pressured the game McKart into the ropes and unloaded to the head and the body. McKart did his own share of damage, but it was Marquez who connected harder and more often. Scores were 97-93, 96-94 for Marquez, and a 96-95 for McKart.
