The WW Champion of WBO Carlos " El Indio " Quintana , finally accepted to defend his Belt by little more than $400,000 .........
Finally this issue seems to be finished......at least Quintana complimented his part......
Quintana decided to accept the offer that his Promoter Dan Gossen made to him , for make his first defense in a Mandatory rematch with Williams in Jun 7 08 , in Mohegan Sun Connecticut like part of transmission by Showtime Channel ................

Quintana commented; " I'm going accept the offer that they gave me , have somes change in other things of the fight and have to fight , we cant let this opportunity to go "...........
" The offer is too low , but this the business is , sometimes the promoters are so smart , but the most important for me now is to have the motivation for win this fight and in the future earn more bigger purses....

Thats a damn shame that they are robbing him like that...He deserves a bigger payday...Hopefully Carlos will take his frustrations out on Williams in the ring...and get in the mix with the pther champions then make a payday he deserves

I really can't see Williams doing anything different, I'm serious. I see Quintana countering. Quintanas style is just wrong for him.

How much is paul going to get.

Williams got $900,000 the first fight. Quintana got $150,000. They should of reversed the purses for this fight.

I am hoping that Quintana can remain focused and canalize his courage to beat Paul badly, and finally go for bigger things.
