welcome to the forum man!
in my opinion it really depends on the individual, If someone has natural talent they could start even in there 30's, I think if you start late you need to have alot of power though
well im 15 done boxing for over a year but havent had a fight because my gym only fights kickboxing or thai boxing, do you think i should stick to that gym to fight kickboxing or do boxing through another gym to try and fulfill my dream?
Dude, at 15 you have no worries regarding age and fulfilling your dream of pro boxing. Let you in on a bit of a secret. I just turned 14 today, and although I don't wish or plan to go pro, my goal being a shot at the Olympics, my trainers and coaches tell me if I work my ass off and keep progressing, pro might one day be a viable option.
As far as your gym goes. Absofookinglutely look at moving gyms if your desire is that strong. If boxing is in your heart, then a boxing gym is where you belong, where every detail will be focused on that.
Welcome to the forum. This is the best training forum on the net that I have seen, bar none. The responses don't always come quick, but there are many many years of collective wisdom on here from very experienced trainers. It is more then worth the wait.
Good luck to you and hope you keep us up to date on how things go, and join in in the process.
Look at Tarver.

No later than your 30s, because after that your natural reflexes start fading out.
At 15, you have no worries in this respect at all, as regards fighting, get as many as you can in any discipline.
