The clip at the end where he throws about 20 punches is by far the fastest hand speed Ive ever witnessed. I have tried it a few times at the gym, but mere mortals like me just succeed in making twats of themselves.
I can manage to get about a good 6/7 shots then... uuummm! not so well.
Look like a damn! fool it's a good thing I work out at home and don't have to worry about anyone watching me...
