Thread: Most Flamboyant Ring Entrance

Naseem Hamed could be an easy chioce with his posturing and it's painstakingly long. I saw onetime he even arrive in a flying carpet.


I also remember Jorge Arce bringing a Horse inside the Arena and Fernando Vargas with white tiger in a cage (poor animals)

1) Hamed - 'The Prince who turned back into a toad' great ring entrances though

2) Camacho - Always made a great entrance, looked more stupid as time went on
3) Arce - Coming to the ring on a horse was something else!

Michael Dokes before the fight hand out roses to ladies at ringside.

Bowe and Roddock could have used it to soften the mat from his brutal KO

The Clown Prince of Boxing... Jorge "Maromero" Paez has IMO thee most memorable ring entrances ever.

I've yet to see a boxer enter a ring wearing a wedding dress with a vail.

Eubank thought he was a body builder or something. lol. The sucker did have good taste in music though. Tina Turner is the shit!

For me it is between..

Naz's entrance vs. Augie Sanchez

and

Rjj's Entrance vs. Clinton woods..

..Although my favourite still remains tito vs hopkins

Tito wears a firemans hate out of respect to the NY fire service.. which keeps slipping.. and he does some dancing.. lots of smiling.. he stops for a dance before he enters the ring and papa trinidad looks bemused and unamused

Coourse another comical thing about that fight is at the end Bernard is chanting very loudly U S A, U S A.. And the chant never picks up.. because for one everyone was still in shock, and for two everybody was prob still pissed at him for his antics with the Puerto Rican flag

mm.. But another rival could be Naz - Kelly..


Most hate that entrance but i love it..

Then he does the flip over the ropes.. And carries his way right into the crowd and kev kelly's people.. right up in kelly's face.. and benji estevez is laughing at the shitt talking between the two.. Lol while separating them that is..

Floyd Mayweather v Carlos Baldomir was pretty funny, a gladiator. Cory Spinks thinking he can sing is another funny one. Can't forget Enzo Maccarinelli's rush to get KNFO

Lets not forget richard fatton's fat suit last time out.

It wasn't flamboyant, but still worth mentioning: Arturo Gatti coming out to "Thunderstruck" before he fought Mayweather and flinching when his own fireworks went off.

And what was with John Ruiz always running so fast into the ring for a fight.......and then being so tired he had to hug and hold all night

The Naz flying carpet wins it for me! RJJ V Woods Rap show took the piss aswell!

Lets not forget Kostya Tszyu had some chick signing a song about him as he entered the ring . Here are a few of my fav. entrances not in order..
