I saw the highlite for the first time tonight. It seems that Tunney gets up easily when the ref counts 6. He also seems to be alert and watching the ref by the time the ref counts 3. Maybe the original delay to send Dempsey to a neutral corner tales 4 counts.
So if the count had started on time, Tunney would have had little problem getting to his feet before the ten count, with very little difference in the actual rest time, one or two seconds at most
