Well am back boxing after 5 year, well starting on tuesday. I had boxed from 6years old-13 and now im 17. Reall want to get back into it.I had 4 Amature bouts and won 3 of them stoped one of them.I still ahve alot of technique just as you can tell i will have super ring rust lol.Any tips on getting fitness up will be apreciated as i dont think i could do 15-20 rounds sparing anymore nor 9-10 rounds on the pads lol
