Re: beginer09 need help advice on everything pls
Don't be afraid to go run in the mornings. There's no such thing as a "wannabe athlete". If anyone asks you why you're jogging, you can tell them that you want to get in better shape.
Is this a real boxing gym that you're going to? Is there anyone there that can give you proper instruction? I'm with Sharla on this, bad hands usually means you're hitting wrong, or that your hands don't have enough protection. Perhaps the heavy bag your hitting is too hard (i.e. filled with sand) which could be hard on your hands and wrists.
When I was in the Philippines I had a punching bag filled with ipa (rice husks). Even when it got compacted inside the bag, it was never too hard to hit, and my hands thanked me for it.
I recommend that you use a good pair of boxing gloves, like Sharla said, and get yourself some long bandages to protect your hands. Do a search on the internet, and type in "how to wrap hands for boxing".
If you hear a voice within you saying that I am not a painter, then by all means paint and that voice will be silenced.
