How can you not be big on Walker if your big on Haye? If you break them down by traits Walker and Haye are very similar. Either way, I can't see Haye lasting any longer than Walker did against Arreola. If they were to trade opponents Arreola destroys Monte Barrett in 1. Haye would go the distance in a life and death struggle against Walker.
Arreola and Barret both beat Couser in two rounds or less. Just like Tony Thompson, who got a fight against Junior after beating Couser. Arreola isn't vastly better thanBarret and Haye beat him like a gong. An easy win for haye against the fat plodder if they ever get in a ring. Walker same thing.
#1 David Haye got knocked down vs Monte Barrett
#2 Walker would KO David Haye
#3 Cris Arreola is a proven fighter at heavyweight and David Haye is not as he has had only 2 fights at heavyweight both were far from spectacular and they had him matched vs very weak opponents
#4 Wladimir beat Monte Barrett when (and if) it ever meant anything....and Wlad didn't get knocked down in the process either
I honestly don't care who Wladimir fights next because he'll beat either of them.
David Haye may have been off balance but hitting the canvas due to contact = knockdown.
Whatever helps you sleep at night....all I'm saying is you're building Haye up as some sort of Superman and he's going to get his ass handed to him when he steps up to the elite level of the heavyweight division
Agreed...We are starving for a Heavyweight so bad that we are pushing fighters to quickly and Haye is being pushed to fast too soon to fight the K brothers. The Cruisers are not the Heavyweights. You think Manny Steward has not broken down Haye already? Like I said b4 Haye should fight a few more tune ups before going to the top. Oleg Maskaev would be a perfect fight for him and then a Toney or a Ruslan Chagaev. Haye should get some global backing and stay more active because youth is on his side and his time will come if he is legit. If not he will be a victim like Calvin Brock, Sam Peter or Tony Thompson. Because it seems not one fighter has been the same after they been brutally knocked out by these 2 behemoths.
