A weekend of Olympian debuts in the UK - Frankie Gavin looks a special talent and it was disapointing that he didn't goto the Olympics after winning the World Ams.
The flashy James DeGale is one to watch - seems very talented and also has the gob to go with it.

Tyson Fury is facing the experienced and usually durable journeyman Peret - who should give Fury rounds and is capable of springing an upset as he took 'The White Foreman' Scott Belshaws unbeaten tag last year. (Belshaw won the rematch).
Fury's 3rd Pro fight and again live on national TV in the UK. A Late stoppage would be impressive but a points win is satisfactory.

Also looking forward to watching the big hitting but vulnerable Hernandez against the durable but limited Steeds. A stoppage win would be impressive for Hernandez and he certainly has the power.

Another fight this weekend pits Matt Skelton against Martin Rogan at Heavyweight.

Rogan won the 'Prizefighter' tournament last year; winning 3 fights in 1 night (2 opponents Ferguson and David Dolan were undefeated). In his last fight he outpointed Audley Harrison over 10 close rounds.

Skelton who lost a WBA title challenge to Ruslan Chagaev last year over 12 has had 1 fight since - an impressive 9th round retirement win over Italy's Paolo Vidoz in Italy.

Rogan vs Skelton will be an untidy brawl and a clash of fighters who use their strength as they're main weapon.

Rogans relative inexperience could cost him against Skelton and Rogan is not really capable of moving and out-boxing Matt.

I think it will be enjoyable to watch and I can see Skelton getting a late rounds stoppage but he will surely know he's been in a tough fight.
