Great show from start to finnish.Puts a lot of the more established promoters to shame.

I was so impressed with the main event, I admit I was watching football up until David Price came on, thought he was rattled by that late shot by Ingleby, though I didn't hear the "stop boxing" call myself, so not sure if Ingleby was ok to go for it or not.

As for the main event, I absolutely agree with you Scrap. A top class 11 1/2 rounds of entertainment, and I must admit I was rooting for Quigley, but I truly thought Dodson had him in those middle rounds. A right ding-dong, and I'm sure it'll be the first of a few shots up there in Liverpool.

Did you see what happened to Derry Matthews? Boxrec shows him as losing to Harry Ramogoadi by stoppage in the fourth. If it was a genuine stoppage and not on cuts, is there anywhere for him to go from here?

Matthews hasn't become a bad fighter over night I think he needs to re focus a loss is just aloss and even though I don't like him or his supporters hopefully with the preperation he can come back .
As for the main event ? Hmm yeah cracking fight too and throw all the way through Quigley looks like he can handle the big occasion quite well was immpressed with his temprement , Dodson can still do something but he is getting in .

This George Groves ? Making some noise on the Bunce Boxing Hour they were raving about him giving Froch fits in sparring and though sparring is sparring Hayemaker seem to have high hopes .

Very good competitive matchmaking. Liked the Watson-Gethin fight.

Looks like it'll take some time for Price to adjust to the pro's, seems like a decent honest guy.

Excellent matches. I backed Quigley in a LOSING double

Groves has been studying Haye. I'm not impressed by Price, think he's gonna get KO'd sooner rather than later.

Quigley did look he could make middleweight, he almost looked fat at the weight.

There's just something missing from him in my eyes. Bit slow, lumbering and predictable.

Hope he improves, and proves me wrong

Fenster sparred with one of mine a couple of times the other week. I was very impressed with Him, think He might surprise a few people. Think the change might do Him Good. He wasnt in a rush to break the front door down He showed patience. Plus only very good Fighters have put Him on His arse, and He usually gets up.
