Didnt see it, but Manfredo could make some noise at 160, if he hasnt been damaged too much from his campaign at 168. He really never should have fought at that weight, so we will see if he can reinvent himself at 160 after all he is only 28. I do think hes a much older fighter though mentally and physically.

You got to find the KO, it's easily the best knockout of the year so far, a one punch and he's asleep type brutal KO.

It was imo better than Miranda's KO of David Banks last year as Banks did get up, this time Smitchet was out cold. Great punch.

Im gonna look for it. Pretty surprising cause Manfredo doesnt have one punch power at all. He does place his punches well though.

Not seen that fight yet, downloading it now. I thought this week was going to be a quiet one for boxing but it turned out to have some pretty decent fights.

This coming weekend won't be quite either... PeƱalosa's upset of JuanMa will create a big buzz...

have i given up on my home town fighter too quickly??

I stopped watching him fight, but i'll definitely have to check this out..

It was cool, last night i was at a basketball gym in Providence, and they had the HUGE banner of him from the contender on the wall of the gym. The one that they put up during his fight against Sergio Mora in the finals.. cool piece of memorabilia.

I downloaded the whole fight from WBVA. Not seen it on youtube yet so you'd probably need to download the fight from wbva.

It's a barnburner though, real slugfest, great fight, made me a fan of Peter again, now I hope he gets a decent payday fight against someone like Duddy or maybe Jesse Brinkley now Brinkely just dominated Joey Gilbert and Ko'd Otis Griffin.

Actually I really like Manfredo vs Brinkley, great matchup imo.
