I am sorry but if anyone watching that fight thinks that Fury won then they must be mental. Mcdermott won easily and i dont buy all this sky is biased bull either. My mrs watched this fight and she knows nothing about either of the boxers (shes obviously has watched lots of boxing living with me) and she thought Mcdermott won too.. totally impartial as she said every scoring punch (not just the flicking out of a glove) came from Mcdermott the Fury's corner was telling him he had to go for a knock out and to be fair to him he did try in the last round but he only tried because he thought he was losing after 9 hard rounds before hand if fury really thought he was winning he won't of risked going for the knock out which would of ultimately left him exposed. Fury knew he was losing, Fury's corner knew he was losing Hennesey you could tell from his reaction knew he was losing. the only person that didnt was the ref...... i think Fury has a big future but he did not deserve to win that plain and simple.....!!!!!!

I said in a previous thread that Fury didn't have power to go to the top , and this fight proved that ,his technique will improve , but he doesn't punch hard at all.
As for the fight well it was hard to make a case for Fury as a winner. But the fight was a good one , and both men showed heart , a rematch is the only fair way to sort it out.
As for Fury thinking he is World class , then that's as ridiculous as Floyd Mayweather SR. thinking he looked good with the predator haircut !
Remember reality is an illusion caused by a lack of alcohol .

totally agree, i thought it was a really good scrap but fury didnt have the power to get Mcdermott out of there. Like you said his technique will improve but im not sure he will go all the way now after that fight. Cant wait for the rematch though can you?

It was a great domestic toe to toe fight but Mc Dermott won it quite convincingly.Mc Dermott moved his head really well,he landed loads of over right hands at will in the early rounds and used his jab to great effect. He was fooking rob,no two ways about it!Tyson Fury looked drained as he stepped inside the ring before the bout.Im sure he over cooked himself in the dressing room as he was preparing towards the fight
