Has anyone heard about who he will be fighting when he comes back ? I was told it might Devon Alexander who will move up from 140. That could be quite a good test for Margarito.

That would seem like a strange move for Alexander IMO.
I thought that his license is reissued in Jan/Feb. Wasn't it a year ban ?
To the best of my knowledge that is true, I believe the sentencing happened in February so it should be next February when he goes back to the Commission I don't know that it's a guarantee that he gets his license back though. I know there have been rumors about him fighting in Mexico which is a possibility. Haven't heard anything about Alexander moving up to fight him.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
There's another Bob Arum match up for Pacquiao.
I seem to recall Pacquiao saying before the Mosley fought Margarito that he could beat Margarito.
Naw, forget it! no belts.

Margacheato can rot in hell for all I care. He doesn't deserve the right to step into the ring again, or make another cent off the sport he disrespected so badly.
Trust me, come the first of January, the California State Athletic Commission will be getting an earful from me, reminding them why he shouldn't get his license back. I have their email address, and have been collecting lot's of ammunition to send their way. I'm a woman on a mission.
I don't see any top WW fighting Margarito, his boxing career does not look good at all.
Stick him in there in an "exhibition" bout with Vitali for the right to continue his career if he wins.
The stipulation is...Vitali get's to wear plaster of Paris in his gloves. Should be fun while it lasts - Fuck Marg
