Thread: Your predictions for the next round of the Super Six tournament?

Here are mine

Dirrell - Abraham: Dirrell by UD

Kessler - Froch: Kessler by TKO

Taylor/Green - Ward: Ward by UD

I think Dirrell's speed and movement are going to carry the fight against Abraham who just won't be able to hit Dirrell with any regularity.

Kessler - Froch is a lot more uncertain for me after last night, but I think Froch's lack of defense will be his downfall here. If, and it's a pretty big if, Froch can get inside on Kessler without taking too much punishment he'll win, but I doubt that will happen.

Ward will beat Green or Taylor. Hell, after last night I believe he could beat both of them in the same night. He doesn't have a ton of power, but he has speed, defense, and intelligence and he'll beat both of them.

I like these next fights
Dirrell-Abraham is tough
Kessler-Froch is also tough after Kesslers beatdown
Before the Ward fight I would of said Mikkel easy
Now I'm not so sure
Taylor will stay in-he want that belt that has now nicely positioned itself in front of him
But Ward will kick his ass

I want Dirrell to win
But think Abraham will
Don't much care who wins out of Froch-Kessler
I hate Froch but I want him to win

A lot of these fights have to go onto the basis of where they are held.

Dirrell-Abraham - germany
Dirrell dominates early with superior footwork. Arthur struggles to adapt to dirrells awkward style until hometown ref jumps in and punishes dirrell for his constant lunging in. Eventually abraham establishes a rhthym and by 9-10 dirrell having felt the power will simply run away and take a loss on a decision.


Dirrell-Abraham - USA
Andre puts on his running shoes and in doing so puts in the performance of his career. Abraham will fall into the same trap kessler did on saturday night by over exerting the situation and walking on to combinations. Dirrell potentially stops him


Froch-Kessler - Britain
Fight descends into a classic early doors with kessler establishing a rhythm from the start. Carl eventually gets his head together and turns the boxing contest into an all out fight. Froch nicks all the tight rounds between 8-12 and takes a unanimous decision

Froch-Kessler - Denmark
Kessler sets the pace early doors with a steady lead jab that troubles carl. By 5-6 carl isnt allowed to establish anything on the inside and kessler simply takes him a part with the more effective style. Froch see`s it to the end but only to lose out on a decision.

Ward-Taylor
Taylor fights. No way is he turning down the money. I actually think he makes a far better fist of fighting someone with andres quick style and neither guy allows the fight to establish a pattern. By 7-8 taylor fades down the stretch and wards speed and precision has taylor out of there by 10-11
