Thread: Any idea what time the Khan-Salita fight will start?

Just wondering if anyone knew what kind of time this will get underway, as I'm going to a party Saturday night & want to work out when I can sneak away to watch it.

Not sure mate but his last couple on PPV have started just before 2300, so probably around that time.

You not gonna try catch the Mitchell v Prescott fight?

I do wanna see the undercard, but if it comes to me only being able to make it away for the one, then I can watch Mitchell on the morning repeat. I may end up doing that with the main fight anyway. Doesn't look much of a card apart from those 2 fights though.

The PPV starts at 8pm. I believe the live boxing is DeGale, Saunders and Gavin, then Mitchell-Prescott and then obviously Khan.

So about 10pm looks a safe bet.

I think the card looks pretty good myself, well at least compared to the utter crap we have had lately.

Maccarinelli is fighting somebody called Jaksi. I'm hoping that guy gets announced live on TV.

They'll be getting it going early, as Salita refuses to fight on the sabbath, they don't want a no contest if the fight goes on after midnight.

The Sabbath is from sundown on firday to saturday sunrise, so there is nothing to worry about the fight is saturday night not firday, even if it was friday the Sabbath doesnt start at midnight like I say it's when the sun falls in the evening so in theroy if i was on a Sabbath day they would need to fight in the afternoon.
