I smell some fishy negotiation by Golden Boy Promotion and Mr. Travis Tygart, CEO of USADA. You see previous to all this Manny Pacquaio suppose testing Golden Boy wants to control the doping administration in the State of Nevada, and wants it to be done by USADA.

As I heared Scoop and read one article, they sent a petition for the change and was denied ofcourse. Golden Boy wants to control on how the testing is supposed to be done in Las Vegas? For them to select who should be positive and negative for the test?

They are able to control the selection of the judges as what happen to Guzman and Funeka and thus decided already who should win, even days before the fight! And now, they want that an agency that they can control as to decide whom to be positive and who should be negative in the testing?
Under these rules and circumstances, they can control all the business dealings, endorsements cut to athletes, media and broadcast propaganda, tickest sales etc etc. In these circumtances, they can negotiate talented fighters to fight under Golden Boy coz if they dont, they will make the fighter pay by contaminating the testing and ruin the boxer or fighter career with false results because they would not fight under Golden Boy?

They are now laying the plot to diminish Manny Pacquaio legacy and reputation although they fail in their petition to take over and control the testing rights in the State of Nevada, since Schaefer and Travis Tygart have done some underground negotiation for themselves?

Now, this Tygart is actually misleading the public that the USADA testing is Olympic kind of testing, that the blood to be extracted is not even the amount of a tablespoon, in which it is a lie! Another lie is the random selection of blood test in contact sport or individual sport before competition, the truth is in Olympic and big time sports events like the granslam in tennis, blood test is only taken after the athletes is already finished in all of his competition and thats the only time that a random testing of blood is taken and done, hence random only!....Read more

Team mayweather has already stated they don't care who administers the tests as long as it's random.

This article is not really that accurate. I believe it comes from the anti-PBF stance and therefore tries to portray things about steroid testing that is really off. Nobody wants to keep saying the same thing to people who aren't willing to accept the truth. So I will not breakdown the steroid testing that the commission does and the testing Pac will allow to be done on him. He states PBF really doesn't want to fight Pac. When people say this it sounds too silly to even comment on. Briefly, PBF agreed to all the terms first. Including the ridiculous $10 million/lb penalty. Nobody talks about how Pac's team is doing all the controlling. PBF has had to agree and give in to many things or the fight is off. All PBF wanted was for the fighters to prove that the biggest fight in boxing history to be proven clean. Heck, the fans deserve that let alone each fighter who has to actually take the punches. I don't even like PBF but what the heck does he have to do to get Pac in the ring for a fair fight?
