No, nothing has changed. Manny Pac is still refusing a random drugs test.

He would much rather face someone else who has accused him of being on PED's. Malignaggi should show some balls and ask for the same tests. Nobody should let Manny off the hook now.

that'd be fuckin hilarious if he did, if Manny's mad now, i can only imagine how pissed he'd be if Malignaggi of all people demanded that Pacquiao takes the tests, knowing Roach, Arum, and Pacquiao they'd just call up Yuri Foreman and try to sell it as a tough fight, further tarnishing their image by going up yet one more division

In response to Miles post, he's right on the money. This isn't changing anything. And every fighter who schedules a fight with Pacman should be asking for this if he pops posotive. This is going to change drug testing in boxing forever in my opinion.

Never accused him of anything Mad. In this case I do believe a man is innocent until proven guilty. I love watching Pacman fight. Like every other boxing fan I want this fight to happen. But this has moved out of the "rumor of fight hype" and into the realm of the ridiculous. As far as I know, he's clean, he hasn't proven otherwise. It's one thing to refuse a test at the beginning, but when you refuse the test AND threaten lawsuits, people start getting very suspicious.

Under current testing standards it is EASY to test negative. Everyone knows when the tests are coming and can handily cycle off whatever they use. The fact Pac has tested negative in the past under these standards proves nothing. I'm not calling any of that into question. The only concern is why Pac won't test using state-of-the-art methods. Everyone should be doing this.

Even jealousy to this little Asian monster can cause paranoia to some of the posters here in saddo. Problem is they won't admit it, but i can see it through their eyes and the way they repped me. Their eagle eyes ain't sharp aas it should be. Possibly their head ain't sharp as well.

It's not jealousy, it's suspicion. Pacman has been given endless amounts of praise by many boxing fans and other sports fans. Is it too much to ask that he submit to random blood testing to ensure a fair and clean fight for what is estimated to be the highest grossing bout of all time?
