Good Mack wants to have his crack at the big time.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
x2 on that. I felt bad for mack and the rest of the guys on the card really.

If Glen loses, I hope he retires. Mack has lost when he's really stepped up. He's on a roll, but even at 41, I think Johnson is a step up. This will be a good indicator for what Mack is ready to take on. I like them both, but I think I'll be pulling for Mack.
Not bad at all.Glad it landed on FNFs.Its been a long time coming, and respects to Dawson but Johnson realllly seemed to have hit that wall of age last outing.Mack dug down in with Henry in solid step up and think its very winnable here.Would not mind seeing the old man take him to school though, fingers crossed.
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"
The fight has been confirmed via fightnews & boxrec. Still on FNF but a week later.
Mack vs Johnson is on again | Boxing News
The IBF light heavyweight world title eliminator between Yusaf Mack (28-2-2, 17 KOs) and former world champion Glen “The Road Warrior” Johnson (49-13-2, 33 KOs) has been rescheduled for February 5 in Miami. The scheduled 12-rounder was originally slated for January 30 to take place on the cancelled Mosley-Berto card in Las Vegas. The fight will now air on ESPN2 Friday Night Fights.
Glad to see this fight was salvaged... its a very interesting crossroads meeting! As Mack is the closest thing we got to a house fighter I say GO MACK!!! (nothing against Johnson, he's a true credit to the sport too)
The Best There Is, The Best There Was, The Best There Ever Will Be
Definitely. This is Mack's shot at the big time and he's come back from his defeats to earn it the hard way. I'm glad it's on FNF and I will be cheering for him, even though I think he'll wilt under Johnson's pressure. I'm glad it's been postponed by a week too, I'm moving on the 30th and I wouldn't have been able to see it.
