My friends, I need your opinion about the new silver belt that will be using the WBC

The WBC is doing all that is possible to eliminate interim titles due to the disorder and little seriousness that those titles themselves lead to.

So what do you think?

I think it's just a bullshit, sport-diluting, money-making scheme and they can go fuck themselves.

You guys are ruining boxing with your stupid titles. You will not be happy until every fight is for some stupid title. I hope you strip Alexander, so he can sue you and you out of business.

See I dont mind interim title fights IF THEY FACE THE CHAMPION ON THEIR NEXT FIGHT.

There can be like 10 interim title fights yet they never fight the champion. If it has no meaning why have it?

One title per division is what you could do, move the opposite way of the WBA and their 6-headed hydra belts.

No need for an interim anything, you have a champ or you don't end of story. If the WBC want's to hold tournaments to designate a mandatory challenger that's one thing, but the interim title is absolutely useless. The Silver belt is equally as useless.

Remove all these bullshit colorful alphabetical orderless bunches of belts, it starts to look like in a cheap pawnshop.

They don't care about the fans. They only care about squeezing as much money as possible about of the fighters/managers etc., and as long as those fighters/managers etc. are beholden to the Alphabet Organizations nothing is going to change.

Lovely, a £20 belt you can't even hold your trousers up with. And those tacky badges on it, Jeebus. All the sanctioning bodies should be sent to Guantanamo indefinitely. We need a boxing commissioner running a nonprofit organisation with one set of champions and one set of rankings. Anybody setting up a rival organisation should be executed.

If it means eliminating all the other WBC titles..

EG. The Euro, Inter Continental, Youth, Feder, International (I never really got this one at all...Isn't the world title intercontinental?)...

If all those are eliminated and this Silver Belt is to show who is the second tier man so to speak...and they will get a world title shot sometime in the future guaranteed

Like the old WWF had the world and intercontinental belts

I say OK but if not the hell with it...Just request a sanctioning fee for every bout and spare the bullshit

Don't they want to bring this silver belt in because they say the interim is pointless? Why did they bring in the shitty interim belt then? It's just silly, the silver belt is just another name for another pointless title to replace a pointless title.
