I haven't gotten the chance to look up McCloskey, but from what I've read, he sounds like a well-rounded, level footed, textbook fighter. As long as Khan doesn't get careless and keeps up with Ariza's training regiment, I don't think he'll have much a problem and possibly close the curtain before round three. But then again he's got a badass Irish name and is fueled with "Mc" blood, so it might not be that easy.
Edit* Just looked the southpaw up. He's got a powerful straight left hand :O. The experience he's gained from sparring Pacquiao should come into play in this fight.

Just to confirm...this fight is back in he works and close to being done. Peterson wanted $500,000 but was rejected. The original offer has now been raised to $300,000. I'll be pleased if this comes off as Peterson is a solid opponent.

If Peterson can taek Ortiz's power, and keeps his guard up like he do, I'm leaning to Peterson. Regardless of who it is, I hope Khan get is @$$ handed to him.
