Thread: Haye v wlad tickets and travel info....

Hi,

Can we keep this subject upto date with tickets and travel info please? I am definetely off to this one and so far the cheapest flights I have found is easyjet for £197 return leaving 2nd July from London and returning 3rd July.

Anyone who books a flight and/or accomodation for July 2nd is a fool.

Easyjet don't do refunds either.

I'd love to go, but it will be a last minute job only for me, I can't trust that these two will actually ever meet and im not risking my money.

Ask around on here, I'm sure I've read some people paid and went to the last shambles.

Worldchoicesports.com have got packages together. This fight WILL go ahead on this date unless Wlad's injury re occurs and then it will be Vitali anyway!!

I've booked hotel at the radisson blu, Hamburg but it has free cancellation so no risk there......

Ouch. Last minute easyjet flights.

financial constraints being the only reason i wont be in attendance on the night as this seems to be one of those must see events that you`ll be able to tell grandkids about in years to come

wonder if they`ll stack the undercard and really make it a night to remember

I would be going but I am flying to Portugal at 0400am on Sunday 3rd July. Sods law, it was booked before the date was announced or I would've gone a different week.

It's fair to say I'll be nursing a severe headache at that time.

Klitchsko don't really have undercards when they fight in Germany (maybe 1) they tend too have live bands playing so they keep the gate receipts for themselves and not split fee's with other boxers. Although with everything 50-50 for this fight i hope that changes....

No. They always have undercards with 4-5 fights.

When i watched the Wlad v Peters fight the commentators made a point of stating that they have live bands to reduce the undercard so they get the gate receipts to themselves. Either way, i'm not really bothered. I'm just going to see Wlad get knocked the fuck out!

This fight will happen, no doubt this time.

So, anyone decided to now go to this fight?

Are we expecting it too sell out by end of week?
