DeGale assaulted in Spain, false tooth knocked out

I can't believe any pro boxer would get beat up and effectively mugged. They'd dodge it, block it, or knock the other guy out.

Just heard about this. Apparently he was unmoved by the punch and it was all over in a second. The little prick would have deserved a good beating and if I was heading that security firm I would have let De Gale deal with it.

I agree can't think of anyone funnier for it to happen to though.

I looked out the window this morning to wonderful blue sky , sunshine , and to top it off James "ugly long faced cunt" DeGay has been punched by a kid and lost a tooth .

i once saw don broadhurst get a bit of a slapping in a nightclub in Tamworth shortly after hed won the commonwealth, his next fight which was a couple weeks after was called off ... according to frank warren it was for 'visa issues' for his opponent

Although Degale is a bit of a plum he doesn't really deserve to be punched in the face by someone whilst his credit cards are stolen! Personally I think whoever punched him is really a bit of a dickhead, but thats just me

Totally agree - I can't stand the guy and was chuffed to bits when he lost.... Anyone on here saying he deserved it is a plank!!

I bet he will moan about this for years then bottle it if he faces this guy again.Same as normal.

Yes, normally i would agree with you my friend , but i make an exception in this case , and will say, anything bad that happens to James DeGay is fine , and many would regard it as one of life little bonuses.


HAHAHAHA it have just thought of something, James DeGay brought this attack on himself.
Why you may ask ?
Well in the build up to his fight with Groves , DeGay reffered to Groves as "The Ugly Kid"
He then went on to lose to him ,
So i guess these kids thought DeGay was an easy target , as he had just been beaten up by an Ugly Kid , so what did they have to lose

Broadhurst is only about 4ft though. I bet the bloke that duffed him up looked like a wrong-un for picking on a liitle guy.

Whoever whacked DeGale just confirmed his solid chin. The tooth was one of those false things. There's no reports of DeGale being bothered in the slightest.

DeGale took flush bare knuckle punches. Impressive.
