Default Allan Green: Jean Pascal would be my tune-up

BOXINGTALK : ALLAN GREEN EYES JEAN PASCAL: "HE THINKS I'D BE HIS TUNE-UP, BUT IT'S THE OTHER WAY AROUND!"

Edwin Rodriguez called out Green but he's not bothering with small fishes..

Green is gunning for Cleverly and Pascal..

    Thoughts?

He'd rightly be an underdog, but I think Green could potentially beat either guy.

Green still has decent power and I'm not sold on Pascal's chin or his stamina, and Cleverly has atrocious defense and has yet to really have his chin tested from what I've seen.

However, Green is also a shoe-gazing weirdo...

I'd pick Pascal to beat Green. Not sure about Cleverly.

PAscal-Green is interesting, I am pretty sure Pascal would win though I question his stamina too but to call Pascal a "tune up" is definitely funny.

I like it. It's a winnable fight for both guys. I'm not sure we'll see a big improvement from Green at 175 but if he's a different fighter there then maybe he can make a little noise. I would be calling out Cleverly at this point too. I'm not sold on him yet.

Pascal eats both alive. Pascal was all over Dawson until very very late and still woulda won anyway, he has that ambush style and u can't see it coming and even bhop couldnt deal with it really until I mean until!!!! He was fading only!
I want to see pascal fight the martians

Agreed.. He claims to have been drained at 168 so im going to give him the benefit of a doubt. I always had a soft spot for Green and I still think he can make some noise..

I dont think much of Cleverly either until he proves otherwise. I just dont see the IT factor in him.

What about Shumenov.. U think Green beats him?

Green is so over hyped , he would lose both fights .Pascal would KO his ass , and Cleverly would win a wide decision .

Besides the fact that he is a Russian Asian, which I'm not used to, Shumenov is hard to read. I would have thought Erdei would have fought Shumenov for that belt rather than go after Cloud. It seems like an easier fight. It must have been the money. Green and Shumenov is a good scrap. I'd root for Green although I'm not 100% confident he'd win.

Green couldn't even get passed Johnson who had dropped down from 175 to 168 at 40+ yrs of age, and now he's gonna use the former champ as a tune up? hahahahaha bullshit, Green wouldn't even be Tarver at 175 IMO

Green is good at talking trash and beating B level guys, but he is not world class. Thats been proven a couple of times now.

Unless Jean Pascal had an off night or was unprepared, Green ain't beating him.
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"
