Spot on. Brian really needs a win in his next fight to cement his goal of being a p4p contender, otherwise too many inconsistencies ruin his otherwise stellar record. He's been gifted with tremendous natural talent, it's criminal if he won't use them if he plans to make boxing his main profession.
Here's hoping a pongsaklek or marquez vs viloria fight gets made. I really want to see viloria at his absolute best.
Brian needs to be an underdog all his life if he ever plans to achieve boxing stardom.
I agree with VD that Viloria fights down to his opponents level, he should be matched tough from here on. I think this win will only add to his confidence & couple that with his ability & we could see a more consistent Viloria
The Best There Is, The Best There Was, The Best There Ever Will Be
A little prayer goes a long way!
Heard that Giovani Segura was further held to hospital confines as precautionary means to assure proper healing for the injuries he sustained in his fight with Viloria. The extra days on medical attention are to balance out the seriousness of his situation which was missed upon initial or cursory attendance.
Precaution is the "word.
For this excellent young man from Mexico, with so much life ahead of him, wife and kids, you can never go wrong affording him with much of this thing, precaution. This is so, so as he can go on life with a proper groundwork and continuity. Sometimes in these situations, you miss some seemingly inconsequential medication, down the line, the repercussion is so incomprehensible. Better safe than sorry!
Excellent medical services surely help too, to add.
Get well, Giovani!
Apparently a deluge of prayers went Segura's way!
Seriously!
According to the most recent write-up, Giovani has already been discharged from the hospital sans the rumored orbital fracture suffered in the area of the right eye.
Swollen, yeah, but visual damage, none.
TBTG!
