    He lived a good innings. I thought he was semi immortal, but seemingly not. He shall be missed.

    venerable age of 90, seen it all and has always been nothing but a good man, this is a sad indeed, even though we all saw it coming.

    Sad news as he was a boxing relic and historian of sorts. Had some great stories.

    He was as likeable and endearing as any boxing trainer.

    RIP Angelo Dundee. His fascinating biography "My view from the corner" revealed him as being the same person away from the camera as he was on. One of boxing's nice guys he was a unique figure, the white guy Ali trusted in an almost exclusively black entourage, his association with brother Chris's 5th st gym on Miami beach, his work with Ali, Sugar ray Leonard and even a stint with George Foreman cements his name as one of Boxings true greats. His genius lay in simply letting his fighters be themselves. Gone but never forgotten.
