Looking foward to his,great test for both of them.Know Hatton has'nt really proved one punch ko power but he's showed a good chin and durability and experience and should be Brook's best test yet.Like Kel Brook a lot ever since he turned pro,just you could tell he had something special.Really hope he's the next following for us uk fans,we need one decent pro to make a name for himself and i think Brook is the future,been saying that on here a few times over the years.I cant see Brook winning early against Hatton,and im hoping that he goes longer than 7or8 rounds so we can see how he deals with Hatton and to get some decent rounds under his belt as experiance and stamia issues.Think Hatton might either get out boxed or cut stoppage.

If Brook does what Canelo could not (and stop Hatton) I will be very impressed. I actually think he might as well

i would agree with H, i think mitchell is good enough to box burns on his day, most likely outcome would be a UD

but mitchell could get pist the night before, then burns would have the advantage

it wasnt, i was just having a little joke with myself that i think only i will get and even if anyone else did get it they probly wont find it as funny as i did

yes brook is the favourite, i personally would have him as a massive favourite, i cant see anyway matthew can win, hes not fast enough, he cant match him with skills and doesnt have enough power to make a dent even if he does catch him

i think the only question is whether he stops him

This fight makes perfect sense. They've sold a boatload of tickets and Kell Brook is getting good publicity.

However,

the actual contest is utter pony. That's why we're all giving it - "if Kell stops him we'll be impressed"

Hatton hasn't even got a dig to make it remotely interesting.

Exactly. This is not, as the OP says, "a great test for both of them." It's purely a test of whether and how quickly Brook can get the KO. He should be stepping up, not fighting a mediocre journeyman like Hatton.

He doesn't even qualify as a tuneup for Brook at this point.. Brook is ready to get tested by a live opponent.. NOt no freakin Mathew Hatton.

This is such a shit fight cuz Hatton is tailor made and Brook will have his way with him. This crap fest is like FLoyd VS Henry Bruseles when Floyd was dominating and so fuckin bored that he started talking about football with the HBO crew during the middle of the fight haha..
