Assuming Wilder beats Washington and Joshua beats Wlad, there should be an interesting triumvirate at the top if you consider Fury, who I'm assuming will be wanting to prove he wasn't just a "flash in the pan." At that point, hopefully they'll have no choice but to face each other.

I could see AJ accepting that fight should he beat Wlad but do not think Wilder would be that interested unless AJ came over to USA which AJ would probably do.
