    Default Body snatcher bag question

I'm new to the forums and had a quick question. I recently purchased an unfilled body snatcher bag to add to my garage gym. I'm curious if anyone has any experience with filling this bag. I'm not looking for a sand type firmness but I don't want the bag swinging all over the place either. Any feedback would be appreciated.

old clothes? cut an old madress, it depends, how do you want the bag to be? how heavy? soft? hard?

If you're a beginner try an easy bag who's pretty soft.

I had one that I filled with old clothes and a bed duvet.

It sounds awfully soft but I also wrapped it entirely with duck tape, as much as I could until it was tough.
    You say tomato,
    ‘n I say …… it correctly.

More weight in the bottom of the bag and closer to the floor eliminates swinging! You do want some swing to enable you to move around to practice distance with a moving object! Ray.
