    I have done a search but could not find a thread dedicated solely to the 'Old Master' so I thought I would do one & put some info that people could read if they so choose.

    There are 2 books about the first Afro-American fighter to win a world title. Aycock & Scott brought out a biography & The Longest Fight by William Gildea

    He and Benny Leonard are my two favorite lightweights of all time. I liked the Aycock book. How is the other one?

    I have not read either to be honest. Finances are bit tight in the present day but both will be bought in the future. The Aycock book looks & sounds quality
