From what iv seen of Mansour I think Cunningham has enough to make him look silly. Mansour is strong but doesnt have enough skill or expereince to pace himself and not load up and knacker himself out early.

Here is a list of the heavyweights Steve Cunningham has beaten: Jason Gavern, Manuel Quezada

Yeah, he's a REAL test for someone who wants a title shot

Oh you mean a voluntary defense and similar in style to Povetkin?

Well when Mansour or Cunningham get a belt, then they too can have voluntary defenses as can your boy Tyson Fury

You mean as a contender Mansour can fight who he likes to learn all against all styles.

Where as a longstanding "world champion" Wlad can offer a faded, old Mormeck a chance at the title in a main event show and pass it off as a real fight?

    Who is fooling who?

Hey maybe you think Cunningham is on the same level as Mansour, I really don't see that. That is my objection to the fight. But I suppose if you're cool with it fine, no need to actually shock anyone in the division or shake things up, just go the slow and steady route....that's perfect for a 41 year old.

You worry an awful lot about who Wlad fights....he's the champ and he can pick and chose who he wants to fight when he has demolished a few mandatories.

Yeah... I could say the same about you with any heavyweight other than Wlad. Prime examples tonight are Fury and Mansour.

Actually. I dont think Mansour and Cunningham are on the same level. Cunningham has a million times more experience fighting world class fighters. Fuck that it was at cruiser weight. Mansour will struggle and fail against Cunningham who is fit, never out the gym, tough and tougher since he moved to heavy.

Its too late for Mansour. Hes not going to change or improve now.

    1. Wlad is the champion. If you guys want your fighters to be able to actually provide him a challenge I offer my views on who they should fight and how they should attack. Just an opinion from me on how those aforementioned fighters could make things easier for themselves.

    2. The experience Cunningham has with "world class" heavyweights is getting beat by them. Cunningham has yet to step in with a quality TRUE heavyweight and do anything with them. He fought Adamek close again and that is it.

    3. You might be right about Mansour failing. If Steve can knock down Fury then Amir had best avoid some punches.

    4. Mansour doesn't need to change he needs to hurry and press for a title shot, and this fight doesn't cut it.

You talk as if your Wlads spokesperson. Offering your views?

If Wlad read all your shit hed laugh.

Cunningham has fought world class. It doesnt matter they were at cruiser as those cruisers he was knocking out were fighting Wlads opponents and hurting them.

Mansour has gone as far as hes going. Hes strong but not fit enough for Cunningham and not much skill.

OK, I'm sorry, I thought this was a forum where boxing fans shared their views and opinions....I guess I was mistaken in ever posting here.

Maybe, I don't reckon he wastes time on a boxing fan website

Yes.....yes it does matter. "world class" at cruiserweight, doesn't automatically mean world class at heavyweight. Ah yes it all comes back to Mormeck and Huck again...Wlad beat Mormeck in an uneventful and really unnecessary fight and Huck lost to Povetkin whom Wlad beat easily.

Cunningham is Mansour's most live opponent to date it's a step up against a guy with name value and huge experience. A win for either guy puts them in the mix with the likes of fighters El Kab mentioned

You forgot Adamek Cunningham won that fight. He was offered Glazkov on a weeks notice but waited for this one after a tune up. He def has a plan and Mansour is beatable. Nice styles clash here

    I don't actually rate Mansour.

Havent seen the fight yet but bar a scare in the 5 th round he pissed all over Mansour apparently.

Like I thought, Mansour tired himself early and Steve out boxed him and dropped him late to win on the cards.

No, Cunningham never really hurt Mansour, who for his part just swung like a fuckin Wildman the whole damn fight.

It was pretty good and Cunningham was courageous as all hell in getting up from two crushing knockdowns.

Steve caught Amir with a good balance shot for a KD in the end and sealed the deal on the cards in my book. It wasn't dominant, but he def won the fight.
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"
