    Default Punching for Parkinsons

I'm surprised no one has commented on my Texas buddy Paulie Ayala's program he has running at his gym The University of Hard Knocks in Ft Worth Texas. The ex two time world champ has a FREE progam for people suffering from Parkinsons. He gets the OK from their doctors that they are capable of physical training & devises a training program for them. All the people participating say Paulie's regime has worked wonders for them. A chance encounter with a woman at the gym gave Paulie the idea back in 2012. From a few participants at first it has really snowballed & now has many many participants keeping him really busy The program was featured on the Friday Night Fights Fri night
This is nothing new for Paulie who really is one of boxings really genuine good guys. His time spent working for charities is well known around Texas although Paulie would rather have no publicity. When I was in Texas he spent hours visiting sick children & hospital & going around to schools warning kids of the dangers of drugs.
Its great to see what a great place his gym is . What a difference to the gyms Paulie had to train in when actively boxing. Its so refreshing to see a real Man giving so much to less fortunate people suffering from this terrible debilitating disease God Bless you Paulie A man I'm proud to call a friend
    Keep on Punchin"

Saw this on ESPN fnf last week i think. Great work and maybe helps Roach with his management of it.
