They showed Lee Haskins who looked excellent.

Next one of my favourite fighters but had a serious shoulder injury Dean Francis.

It is free so probably not even that but who cares. Just watch it before MOTD.

It was a good fight Dean Francis lost but he looks incredibly fit for a forty year old.

In the first event of the night, Danny McIntosh from Norwich takes on Travis Dickinson from County Durham, with the English light heavyweight title at stake, as well as a place in the semi-finals. McIntosh has held both the European and English Light Heavyweight titles, while Dickinson, has already tasted success in a knockout tournament in 2011 (‘Prizefighter’). His CV also includes two victories over world title challenger George Groves.

Did anybody watch Travis Dickinson -v- Matty Clarkson in the Maxinutrition semi-final last weekend?

Quite simply one of the the most exciting fights I've ever seen.

Both of them showed courage & grit far in excess of any mortal man.

It was on Channel 5 in the UK & they have an On-Demand service where you can watch their programmes.
