That's the last time we saw true remnants of the old Roy. Spectacular schooling.

Good one VD as well. Casamayor got in Kataidis face before the bell even rang.

Jesse James Leija changed 2 futures when he took the shine off Francisco Bojado and hector Camacho Jr.
They want your @$$ beat because upsets make news. News brings about excitement, excitement brings about ratings. The objective is to bring you up to the tower and tear your @$$ down. And if you don't believe that, you're crazy.

Nah, Grant's 1st loss, he was completely wiped out by undisputed World Heavyweight Champ Lennox Lewis who still looked prime right then at 34 years old.

Great call on Leija whupping Bojado and Camacho Jr.

Looking back, Leija was a very good fighter..

Nope I ment the USBA title fight ,Simon Brown was undefeated 21 - 0 , Starling had already lost 3 times twice to Don Curry he was brought in as a name opponent , and won the fight on points.
But yes Breland was also beaten by Marlon.

Never knew that and I was a fan of Simon Brown, always thought he was undefeated until McGirt beat him.

McGirt was a helluva fighter who got completely overshadowed by Whitaker. It didn't help that he lost to him twice, but still.....
