    Different opponents as well.

That version of Hatton was tailor made to be knocked out.

Cotto was weight drained (but the better fighter won)

Margarito was post moseley and wasnt any good without the plaster anyway?!

Pac might have been ko 3 times but he knows inside how important this fight is and he seems from his body lanuage very relaxed and doesnt think he will have any issues.

Its up to bradley to prove him wrong..

I think it will be a genuinely more competitive fight this time around. I think it's Pacquiao's fight to loose again but I cant see him throwing two wins away at this stage of his career.

It's not like he's getting knocked out by Bradley so I think he's coming to lay it on the line a little.

If he isn't, I'm sure he will... If you know what I mean.

    SD Manny.

Manny takes the first two, 6, 7, one of either 8-10 and then the last two.

Amazing how some people refuse to honestly asses a fighter. Manny has been on the slide for some time now. He CLEARLY has lost some of his speed and no longer fights with that non stop energy for the entire rounds. This is all normal considering his age and how many wars he has been in (add to that...Pac ALWAYS has distractions). The fact that some people want to ignore this and say it's all a part of Manny becoming more of a smart boxer is hilarious. What made Pac unique was the way he USED to fight. If people are going to use the Rios fight as some evidence of a new Pac...get ready for a rude surprise. I have never been a big Bradley fan...but he has come into his prime and is now fighting with confidence. I see Tim as the more hungry and live fighter. This will be a close fight but i have Bradley winning it on points.

The importance of this fight for both men has been ignored or at least understated. I doubt either man gets Floyd but both men believe there is a shot and pride is huge here to boot. Manny has seen the talk by guys like me and others that he has lost a step mentally and physically and is not the locomotive he was. Even his own trainer has said that he's got the killer instinct back which suggests something was lacking. Bradley despite his great resume has more to prove now then at any other time in his career. From a divisional standpoint, its probably the most relevant fight in quite some time. Bradley can almost afford to lose it but I'm not sure Manny can. Tim also has to know that he wont get a close decision.

Totally agree about Tim not getting a close decision. I very well can see a reverse of their first fight happening. As far as killer instinct...not sure if that is something you can get back at this stage of your career. Pac is a superstar...the most famous person from his country....someone who always has a mass of people around him...distractions a plenty. Add to that the kind of wear his style of fighting takes on the body (that KO at the hands of Marquez certainly didn't help)...i think people who are expecting him to be the energetic wrecking ball of the past are going to be disappointed.

He should still be in his prime (or near)

Many fighters get ko losses and are still just as good as they were before.

Its up to manny to prove that he is as good as everyone thinks he is..
I agree, was ali or lennox past their prime after their first ko loss, or bad loss. real champions come back.
Pac won the first fight, unless pac got old over night, he wins this fight. Bradley will by no means lay down, but i dont think he can win.
Well to be fair it's not his first KO loss, technically it's his 3rd, but that's not why I'm saying that.

Manny was or is considered to be THE baddest man, right? Brutal speed, brutal power, brutal puncher, amazing finisher? Most dangerous guy in boxing?

Well maybe at one point... but he hasn't had a KO in 5 years since he TKO'd Cotto in the 12th! In reality, in the last 5 years it's been disappointing performance after disappointing performance. Manny "taking it easy" on guys, letting them off the hook, letting them survive, ect. And then he got outclassed by JMM in the 3rd fight and knocked out cold in the 4th. He's still very fast, but he doesn't have the killer instinct anymore. The guy who brutalized all those guys, the guy who knocked Hatton out cold with one punch, that guy is gone. And IMO we're going to see that vs Bradley.

Bradley is not going to come forward with the same abandon Hatton did, ever.
Manny is going to have to work every minute of every round to win this fight, in my opinion.
Manny will be working harder and so will Bradley, I'm looking forward to flying fists, many combinations, and some hugging. Manny wins it with superior positioning, harder punches and more big fight experience.
Can hardly wait. Fight nite! <):-})

Saying it does not make it so. Fight nite gives us the answers.
I've come to like Bradley. I wouldn't mind too much if Bradley won, as long as it's inside the ring. Get him, Manny.

Pac's prime is gone and I think Bradley has the psychological edge in this rematch. Bradley wins by split decision.

Bradley is WAY hungrier. He said he wanted to kill himself after the first Pac fight because everyone was talking shit about him, it nearly drove him to suicide. He has a fire under his ass to smash Pac and leave no doubt, and I think he'll do just that!

People can say Bradley lost the first fight, but in losing he also made Pacquiao miss a TON of punches.

After the great ko, I consider every pac fight as his last. He 'looks' okay but I'm not sure if he totally recovered from that ko and so I'm worried a bit about his punch resistant. I don't think pac will be knocked in this fight but I won't be surprised if he did. An improving fighter getting into his prime against an ageing one, hmmm, I'm not sure. But to pac's credit I watched the highlights of the last fight with bradley and saw him able to hit Brad pretty well, something a pure counter-puncher JMM wasn't able to do, which brings me to a topic about style. A pure counter-puncher has difficulty fighting evasive fighters, just like Donaire had difficulty with Rigo (I think JMM-Brad fight, which was a 'lesser' version of his fight with Floyd, looked somewhat like Donaire-Rigo fight) but a pure offensive fighter does pretty well with them, maybe this is the reason why floyd is 'politely declining' the fight, just maybe...

Just to sum up, I'm not sure about this fight. All I can say is Brad is coming in as a better, more confident fighter than the last time and I just hope team Pac is not underestimating him. But anyhow, good luck to my boy.

Have a strange feeling whoever wins that it will be a one sided fight. Bradley and camp have basically set the bar so high and talked themselves into looking like Genghis khan. Once you say a guy has lost his desire and heart..I'd like to almost see him get his ass kicked all over the ring. Might be wrong but this might be very anti climactic.
