Broner had a close fight with Paulie and was decimated by Maidana. He does have skill but they are nowhere near what his mouth reports. He is a shitty person, I don't care about his color, if you had a white boxer who acted like Broner I would dislike him just as much.

Broner is grandstanding. In fact, any fighter who calls out guys on the other side of the street is grandstanding because the fights aren't happening and, frankly, it's insulting to Pacquaio that Broner would even call him out after the beating he took from Maidana. How can he even claim to "deserve" a fight with Pacquiao? How about call out Thurman? He's somewhat unproven. That's a good crossroads fight for Broner to show his mettle.

I know Broner is going down to 140, but why not call out Porter?

Which is why it is pointless and grandstanding to call him out. He knows the fight would never happen. If he is looking to get paid, call out Mayweather. Call out Canelo at 154. Call out Garcia at 140. They're all big fights that actually have the chance of getting made.
