I like how some are quick to point out that acne is a symptom of steroid usage but say nothing about how head growth is also a symptom of steroids/hgh usage.

If you make the claims that Floyd did, the burden of proof is on him to definitively prove that Pacquiao used steroids. Being that Floyd is not in Pac's trusted circle, doesn't have access to Pac's spending or medical records, doesn't have video of Pac putting a needle in his ass, ect, he really has no way to do that.

Penn Gillette had a great show called Bullshit years back, and he was going to do one on psychics/mediums, but he was instructed by his lawyers to, in no way shape or form, assert that psychics were frauds, because he'd get sued and would lose the case without question. Why? Because even though anyone with a brain knows fortune telling is a load of shit, can you really prove it? I can have the opinion that the Long Island Medium is a scam artist, but if I say it publicly as a fact what proof do I have that she can't see into the future?

So the fact that Floyd settled out of court means nothing in terms of whether or not Pac used steroids or not.

I've taken pictures and sometimes the angle it's taken makes my head look bigger. In one pic he's wearing a sweater which makes his body look bigger and could make his head look smaller. also the other one where he's not wearing a shirt he could just be training a lot and losing weight. Also the pic is much more closer then the other. If you want to prove head size it has to be a pic at the same angle and distance away or just the good old measuring tape. Also manny has went up 12+ pounds in weight so he has to put the weight some where. I gained 20 lbs this year and my head got noticeably bigger. But I don't take steroids. Maybe he did or didn't take steroids but pics of a larger and smaller head aren't whats going to prove it.

In the UK i you take someone to court for libal or defamation of character (cant remember which) its up to the person who feels they ave been defamed to prove the accuser wrong.
