Chris Senior is actually hampering his sons progress by hogging the limelight and refusing to put his son in with sterner opposition. How many less talented fighters would get away without stepping it up for so long? Eubank Sr is disrespecting the sport of boxing with his stupid comments and you are defending him. The guy is an oaf.

I like Eubank Sr, but I agree with Beanz about what he's doing with Jr, all that bullshit that Steve Bunce and co were spouting about him "taking the pressure off Jr," no he's not, he's reliving his past fame through his son, he clearly loves being the centre of attention.

If his son was pony it would be a complete farce, but the fact he is obviously talented makes it a wrongun.

Your right Sr loves the lime light, but the only difference is Jr is doing the fighting, yes he's likes to
give a sermon if given a simple question about his son, I find it funny other people get infuriated
    it's how you take them.
One simple fact Jr does look a good prospect, he may not be the finished article but I feel if Billy
Joe faces him, Billy Joe is going to lose inside the distance.
I give Billy Joe some credit he is the Champion and he deserves respect, but I feel he's over achieved
as he is far from World class, he may get a shot at a World title but all of the currant Champs would
    be to big a ask.

You are all wrong. Senior is the best dad/trainer/manager/mentor anyone would wish to have supporting them and guiding their career. Junior will shine when the moment comes but let him learn his trade because once you get to a certain level of expectation, there is no going back.

Its still an "alphabet title". These are the shitty titles that brought about the phrase.

Saw Saunders on BT Sports boxing, his performance was very good. He said Junior had to earn the right to fight him as he had fought better opposition.

This is got the makings of a good domestic dust up, Chris v Billy more fuel is being added to
the fire name calling all the BS. Chris Sr, strutting round making bold statements,! when or
if they meet , there is only one winner Jr will have to much for Billy Joe, I can see it now
if this fights made the lead up will be a cross between a Circus and a Pantomime.
We will all get played by Chris Sr, Beanz and a few others will get infuriated, I will laugh
and everybody else will be thinking what the fuck is going on.!!!!!!!!!!

I also think Eubank wins and will go on to be an excellent fighter but he needs to be pushed now by 2 or 3 tough fighters in quick succession. He needs to be pushed and made to work and his team will know this. This is the kind of fight that could propell Chris. Nice big lead up like Eubank v Benn fighting on a couple more cards together giving each other loads of shit.

Billy Joe looks as though he should be a light middle. Iv seen welters move up to middle and look fitter and stronger than Saunders. Remember Ouma and Spinks fighting Taylor? Even Mayorga at super middle gainst Vargas looked better.
