I take the kids up to bed at 9.30. I end up going to sleep at 10am and get up at 7am.

Depends, some days i sleep at 9 pm, and other nights around 2 am, but always getting up at 6,30 am!
Would still never say no to a night out with friends!

Either 6.30am, 9.00pm, or 11.00pm. I work rotating shifts.
