Default 3 o'clock position most powerful for the RH?

in golf and in pitching the most powerful position is when both feet are pointed to 3 o'clock, this is true regarding the left hook my question is, is this the position to be at for throwing the right cross.https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=7AXReWUx4Cg

Default Re: 3 o'clock position most powerful for the RH?

Im not sure i follow but I think not .

Talking standard, Id say 2 0clock to 1.30 ish in front stance, hip rotates to the left as right rear heel comes up, cross comes over automatically.

Variations found slightly due to the targets position or their movement compared to your stance but the required adjustment is a danger to you if left unrealized.

That golfing dudes intention on impact is in between his legs and his intention of direction is at 120clock that would throw you off balance if throwing a straight right or a cross out there at 12 if your feet were at 3.

To do that from 3 all the way round to 12 would probably mean you had someone pass across to your extreme left from being right in front of you, if you were originally squared up right in front of them, but you could adjust your feet slightly towards their new direction as they go then throw the right in total balance. think you'd want to have their shot (thats definitely coming) covered or disrupted with your left in that situation, cause it isnt safe turning into someone like that cause they are planted out there and you arent yet).
