Default Amir Mansour vs Fred Kassi card results.

This was on NBC Channel 220, on DirertV last night 5:30-8:00PM.

Vasily Lepikin gets UD over Jackson Junior. A hard fought contest, that was very close for most of the fight in my opinion.

Dmitry Mikhaylenko gets TKO over Ronald Curz in round 8 due to damaged right eye. Smoger stopped the fight in the corner.

Amir Mansour stops Frederic Kassi in round 7 with a monster KO. Kassi went face first onto the canvas and was taken out on a stretcher I think. I didn't stick around as I wanted to see all the Hopkins/Kovalev card. Kassi was losing the fight but putting up a respectable effort for an unknown fighter (to me) until the KO.
Steve Cunningham was a guest announcer and was pretty good, in my opinion.

I had no idea they were fighting. I like Mansour, good to see he's staying alive. I'll have to find a replay.

NBC had a nice card on Saturday. Really decent card.

Mansour, if he can find a way to fight taller guys that can box, he will be some force.

Would love to see Mansour face a guy like Malik Scott, Tyson Fury or Wach.
    Bigger man George, bigger punch!

It was a nice KO, but Amir was getting touched a few times, but there wasn't much behind Kassi's punches. I wouldn't mind seeing Mansour vs Takam...that would be a very good fight.

    Definitely a candidate for KOTY.

What's Arreola up to? Mansour vs Chris would be fun.

They're talking about Mansour against Joe Dawjeko, a tough heavyweight from Philadelphia.

I think Mansour would fight every month or more if he could. The guy gives it everything and I don't think winning or losing on points even crosses his mind. He has an interesting story behind him and the few interviews I've seen with him really make me like this guy. I'm glad he is still getting opportunities and I hope to see him make it to HBO or Showtime in the near future.

I'm starting to like him as well. He was very candid and honest in his post fight interview. He also swings for the fences every time.

Mansour vs. Seth Mitchell a couple years ago would have been awesome.
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"
