Bottom line: first fight didn't happen because Manny refused to the 14 day cutoff date for testing.
Since then, he has totally recanted his sentiments and Bob Arum himself has said they were wrong to not agree to it, claiming they were "ignorant about the drug testing stuff".
So the fight never happened the first time because of a stipulation that Arum has since said THEY WERE WRONG not to agree to.
Explain to me again how Floyd ducks Manny?
