I'll post it here then mate. Less than two weeks till my next one, I can't wait. I had some really good sparring this weekend against an 18 year old lad who was a middleweight. He boxes for Knowsley , we did 4 hard round and my coach thought I outboxed him. He told me afterwards he's had nearly 30 fights and has boxed for England before so I was happy with that. They are bringing a 16 year old lad who boxes for England next time who's my weight but bigger . Hope I don't get a hiding haha. But it's better to spar decent level fighters it improves you.

I'm still waiting for the videos though , they are taking the piss!

Cheers master, put in a shift today did. I can barely move . I do 5 hours on a Monday, over a morning and a night session, it's good.

Theres an aba boxing club, a white collar (although they charge £10 a time!!!) loads of different martial arts traditional karate, judo, jiu jitsu, kung fu, then brazilian jiu jitsu and mma.

If you did fancy it I could get you over on a short term, 9 month housing licence. You wouldnt HAVE to stay for 9 months.

Nice one mate I'll keep that in mind. £10 a session he must be making a fortune ! How many hours is that you get with it? I train 5-6 times a week. We pay £25 a month and are gym is amazing, here's some pictures. We have got everything we need there, the main room has been recently re matted and painted. We have a weights and spinning room and the spare room as well, with no ring.
