    Default Hsbc

The HSBC Bank what a bunch, it's seems they were running a tax avoidance scam for a hundred
thousands of there rich customers and criminals.
Who will be held to rights nobody,! it seems very much a who is to blame maybe the former Tory
trade minster, as he was in charge of the HSBC Bank at the time and was well aware of what was
    going on.
What makes maters worse, only one prosecution on tax avoidance a fine no jail time for that person,
what a fucking country if it was some half wit , doing benefit fraud he would do jail time, for a few thousand,
but some rich twat gets away Scot free, it's a fucking joke money talks and poor go to jail.

Bank Running Tax Avoidance Scheme Shocker.

The same bank was recently caught laundering money for drug cartels, terrorist groups, various european criminal syndicates including the mafia.

HSBC Judge Approves $1.9B Drug-Money Laundering Accord - Bloomberg Business

This link is just some of it.

It also helped Iran and Gadaffi-era Libya get round economic sanctions imposed on them by the rest of the world and a bunch of other stuff.

The total legal sanctions it faced for this? It got fined two months' profit. And you can guess how many people went to jail.

People are put in prison for stealing toblerone bars and yet HSBC can do all that and not face anything more than a probable paltry fine. Britain is the center of financial sewage and political corruption and this story is a prime example of this. They want the money to keep rolling in, but their reputation is mud and in time it will bite them all on the arse in a rather unpleasant way. Banking and politics, it's running on borrowed time. Tick, tock.

I hate lobbyists. There are so many lobby groups in America. Some give hundreds of millions of dollars in campaign contributions. This is just bribery. Let's call a spade a spade. Pure bribery

Off shore banking is the bomb, if you havent tried it, do it! No tax, maybe a few procent but no more then that, you earn more. why pay 56 % tax in sweden when you can get away with paying 10 % as that is a lot too! I would say you're stupid if you pay 56 % tax, when you paying 11 procent sales tax on every product you buy anyway! We pay annual tax for fixing our roads where i'm from, while you pay taxes on your car, and you pay taxes on your food, you pay taxes on your bills, and when you get paid you pay taxes because you make money too. Really good if you have your own company!

taxtaxtaxtax, everything is taxed nowdays, while the preminister is flying first class to get to his meeting in koh phangan for the full moon party with the president of islam. screw that. Hongkong was really good for off shore banking when schweiz busted up bad.

Why is it those who can afford to pay there tax don't, and those who really can't do,! remember
theses people are extremely rich, maybe with them avoiding paying there tax, the poor pay more
    to make up the loss.

    I agree wholeheartedly.
However: I say this is what the Conservative side of the supreme court ruled on, not the Supreme Court itself. Once the 5th conservative judge came on board: praise the lord, we can finally do away with those liberal judges fuckin' up the constitution.

So now: money is speech and corporations are people. All 5 conservative Supreme Court justices backed it. They're right, grimey-limey-liberals were wrong.

Because the aggregate limit was questioned by one donor who wanted to donate more to his party candidates- then claimed it was unconstitutional. Wow.
But I gotta look on the bright side: Sine we got more conservative judges now, we know in the future they won't do unethical measures like passing abortion aka Row vs Wade and going against pro-life...erh, uh, ow wait...

    Damn..
Burgher Powell, Blackmun: appointed by Republican President Richard Nixon.
Brennan and Stewart appointed by Republican President Dwight Eisenhower.
Douglas and Marshall appointed by Democratic Presidents Franklin D. Roosevelt & Johnson,
You mean Conservative leaning judges not only ruled money is speech today, but yesterday ruled in favor of aborting babies??

White was appointed by Democratic President John F. Kennedy And Renquist appointed by Nixon opposed abortion in the United States.

So much for Conservative judges bringing morality back to the people. they did us in with this money is free speech. Not one leeching liberal judge agreed to decided $$ is free speech Not 1.

I expect a main stream bank like HSBC, to act in the appropriate manner not in a criminal one, they
have shown they are a bunch of criminals, yes a Bank acting with very little disregard for the law.
But who can be held responsible, those advocating advice to there rich customers a large fine may
come about, but who is going to take the fall nobody.
The facts are they have been caught, interesting times are a head I wonder how many more Banks
have acted in the same manner.!!!!!

Pay your fair share of tax and stop tax evading which is illegal. Companies like Costa, Amazon and Google take our money and should have to pay tax like all other companies. Imprisonment is the only way to stop it.

Just look at Iceland which continues to jail fraudulent banksters. Meanwhile, the UK fights for banker bonuses and George Osborne receives free handouts from HSBC. "Nothing to see here chaps, billions hidden from the coffers and I don't care because I got a bribe. Yes, people are burning themselves alive through utter despair. More cuts, I say!". "Why" cry the masses "Why?". "Because I am an evil, evil bastard and I just don't give a shit". Some public servant.

This comparison sums it up nicely. The UK is a banana republic with seemingly no system of equality in the eyes of the law. Weekly you hear of people killing themselves or being put in prison for petty crime and yet powerful and wealthy people are getting away with everything. George Osborne should be in prison for aiding and abetting tax cheats worth tens of billions of pounds and yet they have the audacity to declare more cuts? This is a mafia organisation and not a government. There is no representation for the general public in any way, shape, nor form. It is a criminal group of fraudsters, psychopaths, and kiddy fiddler cover up merchants.

What is the difference between the rich and poor,! the Barrister they will pay thousands for one
but would not pay tax, strange bunch mind you never see a POOR Barrister do you.
The rich looking after the rich,! the old boy's club strange a benefit cheat gets a solicitor a crap
one, both are doing wrong but the benefit cheat will do time, were the rich shit gets a fine if you
jailed the twat for his wrong doing that would stop them.!
In hard cash terms one diddles a few thousand at most, the other diddles millions a two tear system
dishing out Justice and the law in a uneven manner.!!!!
