Thread: Idi Amin vs. Teddy Roosevelt.

Both boxers... both had great amateur careers... both leaders... both agile and out-doorsy... Amin was a soldier... Roosevelt wrestled bears and wolves... both big guys... who do you have?

I see a Foreman/Lyle thing happening. Goes to 8 to 10 rounds before someone tires out and just goes splat.

Ted beats him up in the later rounds. But Idi early would be tough.

Idi Amin would have eaten him, perhaps literally after the fight, if it had been held in Uganda. Teddy Roosevelt boxed at Harvard ffs, Idi Amin was the light heavy champion of Uganda for 8 or 9 years and a considerably bigger man. Just as much of a mismatch as Putin vs Obama I'd imagine.
