If I can get a ticket while there for reasonable money I'd do it, but what I've seen so far even the nosebleed seats are nearly $10k!

The CCTV is pretty cool though, the last one I went to was in a massive arena in one of the hotels, people all around and then a massive TV cube in the middle, so it was like being in a stadium. I've been to a few fights and even with really good seats, that ring is still tiny! At least with it on a screen you can see what going on.

I've managed to price it up for about £1200 flights and hotel staying at New York, New York.

There is no chance of staying in the MGM!

That's the best reason of all. If you were already planning on going, what better time to go. Weather-wise there's no better time to visit Vegas. The atmosphere there should be electric. I would plan on being there at least a week. That way you can experience all of Vegas (there's a lot to see and do) and then catch the fight in one of the big screens. Depending on your budget, there's plenty of good hotels just off the Strip from which you can easily explore the Strip and enjoy just as much. Good luck to you.

Id recommend staying somewhere other than MGM mate. Flight and accom Thursday to Monday be easily got for about a grand. The Luxor or Excalibur are right beside MGM and I got that cost for less then 1100 euro so 900 pounds or so.

I'd hurry up and book somewhere soon because the word is that most of the Vegas hotels especially on the strip are either sold out or very close to it

Why not push the boat out and do it in style with a ringside package

    RINGSIDE HOTEL

Row PACKAGE 4 left $28,984 each

Note: Ringside VIP Hotel Package includes 2 nights at the Bellagio or comparable hotel on the Strip (Check-in 5/1 – Check-out 5/3) | Roundtrip airport transfers and event transfers | Ringside fight ticket in Sections A thru G Rows A thru T (orders of three or more may be split) | Prefight hospitality and drinks | Commemorative event merchandise featuring an autographed item from one of the two fighters (1 per order) | Rate is based on double occupancy | Hotel and ticket up grades may be obtainable upon request | .

Could not agree more!! I like being able to hear myself think, my friends speak, and the broadcast crew.
In my opinion, PPV is one of the biggest bargains around these days.
Piss on the atmosphere, I want to see and hear the fight. A bunch of lunatics screaming in my ears just doesn't appeal to me, you have permission to call me an old fuddy-duddy. Lol

I know this is going to disappoint you, but I'm going to take that 30 grand and buy a new car instead. You have permission to call me a cheap bastard.😊
