    Good man! You have a Nutribullet! You can make some really great, healthy smoothies with that beast. A genius piece of equipment if ever there was one.

    then you need an ~ASS~ 'bullet' to shit-out all that caramel.

    recipe for ~ass~ "bullet" per Bill Paxtom:

    1/2 bunch spinach;
    2 celery stalks;

    clam broth;

    Irish Spring (just a few thin shavings)---

    juice it up, unclogs the pipes MO! MO! MO! MOHAHAHAHAAAAAAAA KA KA KA KA

    Curry, I swear to god I could eat the stuff every day

    also anything savory, crisps, scotch eggs, stuff like that

    luckily because I'm a tight bastard I can't afford to eat curry every day and I'm too much of a tight arse to spend money on snacks...I very rarely have pop or squash at home, its tea, coffee, water or alcohol for me

    I'm still a fat orrible bastard though

    I give it an 8 out of 10. Better than any blender lve seen. It does leave a little pulp. I don't drink it, so I use a strainer. Maybe 3% waste left....

    I have definitely cut my soda pop intake by at least 75%. (Mountain Dew) the worst.
    My favorite so far is blueberries, black berries, grapes an Apple (red) and a bit of kale & spinach. It's pretty good.
    That machine does work!!!!!

    We have this electric mixer cutter thing, a wand, works fine we dont mind the pulp. we have old metal milkshake cups we use to mix Or if we goig out for the day I sometimes put lactose free skinny milk into a jar a banana and whatever frozen or raw berries I want and just go for it on with the lid and off. Other times chopped fruit and veg in an organic fruit juice base. They are as cheap as about 25 bucks,they do the trick,pulp and fiber wont hurt you.

    I want to get the Ninja and make fruit smoothies as I am short of my 5 a day in take.

    I love crisps especially Pringles, Cheese Crust Pizza, chocolate puddings, chips and coco cola. If I did not train I would be dead from heart disease.
