Today was a great day!

I have been wanting to move out of home for many years now, and for many reason,, but it finally looks like it's going to happen. I've been slowly saving up for the bond payment on a rental property, and the first months rent which is paid upfront. I had reached that money goal about 2 months ago but have been lazy when it comes to looking up properties and making appointments to inspect them.

However my girlfriend spent her spare time at work last week calling up Real Estate Agents and finding out their inspection times.

We went to look at 3 properties. Two were definetly worth taking so we grabbed application forms to fax in Monday. I'm PUMPED now and am going to set up another bunch of inspections for next weekend.

It's an exciting step!!! I'll have a room for my gym that ISN'T my bedroom. I'll have my weights and exercise bike set up, a stereo in the corner, and I can just get in the zone and train! Right now my gym equipment has clothes hanging all over them. My bedroom floor has clothes and crap EVERYWHERE. My environment at the moment just sucks every single bit of motivation and energy I have. And any that is left, the bickering between my girlfriend and mum suck whatever is left.. I've been running on complete empty for about a year now, and I couldn't take much more.
Having a whole house to myself and seperate rooms for my various motivations/goals is going to be HUGE..

Another plus is that i'm also moving out with a girl from my girlfriends work. She's young also, and it will be good for me to have some new femal energy in my life. Currently most of my time is just spent with 1 single person, my girlfriend, and it is making me very one dimensional. I don't have much social contact outside that relationship, and i'm looking forward to that changing.

Basically, this new house is just going to lead to a LOT of growth and a LOT of freedom!!!!

Right now i've piled a bunch of excuses in my head as to why I havn't been getting fit or getting my business started. Why I havn't picked up a weight in years, or done about 10 miles on my bike in the last 6 months. I've got plenty of reason piled up as to why I never have any energy. I've blamed it all on my environment.. But the new house pretty much eliminates all of my excuses!! And I LOVE IT!

I've made a rough decision that this is my NUMBER ONE goal at the moment. Make this move happen smoothly and successfuly, and as SOON as possible!
There was about 30 people at the inspection though, meaning we are probably going to need to apply for a lot of properties before we get accepted. But i'm going to fine tune my references so I have the best chance.

BIG changes are in store for me, and I welcome them with open arms and running legs!!!

I'm becoming a man and I love it!

Good luck mate, did I read that correctly you are looking to live with your girlfriend and her mate so you and two girls?

The exercise program is key, will make you feel loads better. I'm just getting back into my own now.
