David has just mentioned this on his radio show , he was offered both marquez and Linares but has knocked them back because he feels his health and his family are mmost important at this time in his life.

Diaz was a Former Olympian and WBC 135lb champion

Enjoy your retirement - Diaz always came to fight.

Wise choice by Diaz.. There's no point in staying the game when you are as limited as he is.. Had he got a fight with Marquez, that might have been the end of him..
