Redknap is a wheeler dealer manager and I never feel sorry for them because they normally get jobs quickly in the merry go round of management. He was never going to leave for Ukraine.

They'll get relegated and he'll be off to somewhere else next season. They had made some interesting signings over the summer and I had thought they would do well but I am not sure if 'Arry can turn them around quick enough.

First thing I would do is sell Taarabt, he'll bring the most money and allow for 'Arry to make some other moves.

I hope he fails this time. The media give him an easy ride because he buys them tea and biscuits but really he is lucky to be getting another job at this level again so early.

I would have thought Roman would have given him a call before Rafa, but hey whatever who's to say that might not happen in a few months eh?

My friend is a Southampton fan and he HATES 'Arry, left them for dead he did. Wheeler-dealered them out of all their prime prospects.

Harry also left Portsmouth like a rat leaving a sinking ship.

If he was at Chelsea he would have made sure his relative Fat Frank got a new contract to sit on his arse for a couple of more years.

RedKnapp is a great manager. His record speaks for itself. His teams are great to watch and the lessons he learned in the company of modern day legends at the academy of football-West Ham- has stood him in good stead. You can't play week in and out with the likes if Bobby Moore and others without learning a thing or two. Players like Defoe and Lampard owe a lot of their success to his coaching skills and mangers like Ferguson view him as a quality manager because that is what he is.
